	Events 2010 Saturday 30 January Annual General Meeting: A reminder that tonight is the AGM followed by guest speaker John Bishop who will regale us with "Bournemouth as I like to remember it". Saturday 14 February Shillingstone Project: Your Valentine treat, a visit to the Shillingstone Project to catch up with developments. Then on to Henstridge for a look around Lewis Coaches where there are two Bedfords amongst the interesting fleet, and finally on to the Gartell Railway where there will be a model railway show as well as train rides on this narrow gauge line. Saturday 27 February Evening Meeting: An interesting evening with Brian House giving an audio/visual presentation entitled 'Railshow'. This will also include trams, trolleybuses and some aircraft - so there will be something for everyone here. Sunday 7 March Vintage Transport Day: Wessex Transport Society have been kindly invited to Bournemouth Aviation Museum Vintage Transport Day, hope you can come and join us. It should be a great day for us all! Saturday 27 March Evening Meeting: Wessex member and fount of bus knowledge Robin Woodcock will take us on one of his fascinating trips around the country - always interesting and informative. Apology for cancelled trip Sunday 13 December 2009: Mike would like to sincerely apologise for not being able to do the advertised trip to Bath. He did not want to let anyone down, but was very chesty on the day and had to be treated with antibiotics to clear the illness. Saturday 27 March Nostalgic local trip: Member Jonathan Hawkins, who owns four ex-Bournemouth Transport buses, plans to bring a Dennis Dominator and a Titan back home and take members on nostalgic trips along some of the old routes. If your interested please ring Mike early in March when he should know more. Evening Meetings Our evening meetings are held at Pelham’s Community Centre, Millhams Lane, Kinson, Bournemouth. They all start at 7.30pm and there is an entry fee of £2.50, which covers the cost of refreshments in the interval. There is free parking on the site.
